Soak Notes is an invitation-only alpha for keeping a hot tub care log and finding the right owner references.

Your Invitation and Account

Use your own invitation and keep your sign-in details private. Only enter records and share references you have permission to use. Access may be withdrawn during the alpha, and features may change or be temporarily unavailable.

Water Tests and Maintenance

Use Soak Notes to organize readings, tasks, and references. Screen colors are estimates. Confirm strip readings against the printed chart for your exact kit, and verify care steps using the manuals for your spa and water-care system and the labels on your chemicals.

Use the manufacturer or a qualified dealer for decisions about chemical dosing, electrical work, repairs, or whether the spa is safe to use. Reminders, manual summaries, and generated answers can be incomplete or incorrect.

Your Records and Backups

Your records stay in the browser you use. Export a backup in Setup → Device and Account before switching devices, clearing browser data, or making changes that could affect your records.

Third-Party References

Manuals and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. External services and manufacturer websites have their own terms.

In the app, open Setup, then Device and Account, and choose Send Alpha Feedback. If you can’t sign in, contact the person who invited you.
